Break the cycle. Lead from within.

Think. Act. Persist.

A transformational journey for women craving something different, inspired
by the self-reflective power of anonymous programs. Our updated 12-step framework, TAP (Think. Act. Persist.), is designed to help you identify core unmet needs so you can work with your protective strategies rather than against them.

Maybe you’re not sure what else to try—

but something in you won’t let go of the hope

that real change is still possible.

You’re smart, capable, and driven. People count on you. But lately, something’s off.

You feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in loops you swore you’d outgrow, and tired of “solutions” that overpromise and underdeliver.

You’re craving sustainable change, not another temporary fix.

TAP was created to
honor your autonomy, beliefs, and lived experience.

Inspired by the 12-Steps.

Reimagined for transformation beyond addiction.

We don’t ask you to relinquish your power.

We help you reclaim it.

We don’t center guilt or shame. We focus on

&

integration and lasting change.

You’re invited to take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and walk this path in a way that’s fully your own.

Phase 1: Think

Steps 1-3

Here, we explore what’s been weighing us down, where we’ve felt powerless, and the patterns we’ve been surviving inside.

You’ll learn how your brain and body have been working to protect you, even when it hasn’t felt that way. You’re not crazy, and you’re not alone.

Phase 2: Act

Steps 4-9

Next, we take honest stock of our relationships, behaviors, and patterns — not to blame ourselves, but to reclaim what’s ours and release what’s not.

Through reflection, somatic awareness, and small, steady actions, we clear space for something new.

Phase 3: Persist

Steps 10-12

Finally, we integrate, weaving new, sustainable patterns into our lives. With support and practice, persistence becomes less about willpower and more about devotion to the life you’re building.

You’ll leave with tools, rhythms, and a deeper trust in yourself.

3 phases, 12 steps, 1 unforgettable journey

TAP is 24 weeks and begins late 2025.

Note: The actual duration of the program may be extended, as we pause on holiday weeks to allow people to spend time with their families.

Meet your guides

TAP was born from our shared desire to help others
move through deep patterns
with more clarity, support, and less suffering.

Our journeys are different, but the emotions and impacts we carry are universal.

That’s why we bring a whole-person approach — body, mind, and soul — to meet you exactly where you are, and walk with you toward where you’re going.

TAP is not the 12 Steps as you know them.

We blend somatics, behavioral science, and recovery frameworks, without the shame, rigidity, or outdated language.

TAP is for women who’ve tried everything and still feel frustrated, unfulfilled, and on the edge of burnout

Our process helps you rewrite old patterns, reclaim your power, and begin living from your truest self— not just temporarily, but for good.

 This is your
invitation.

Be the first to experience TAP as it’s lovingly brought to life.

We’re building TAP with you in mind.

Every step, every session, every piece of this work is being crafted by two women who’ve walked their own hard roads — and who deeply understand what it means to long for more.

Our Promise to You

After TAP, life will feel different — not perfect, but truly yours.

You stop spiraling. You breathe deeper. You set boundaries without guilt and make choices that reflect who you are becoming, not who you’ve been told to be.

You feel steady in your body, clear in your mind, and more at home in your life than ever before.

We built TAP to bring this kind of change, and we promise to walk beside you, fully. If you show up, this work will meet you.

From Roz & Meagan

TAP is the culmination of our combined 40+ years of hard-won wisdom, distilled from advanced degrees, certifications, therapy, coaching, leadership, and the deep personal work that changed our lives.

Together, we’ve invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and thousands of hours into becoming the kind of guides who don’t just teach, but who walk beside you.

In this first round, you don’t just get the full program. You get us, up close, attuned, and fully invested in your transformation. This is the kind of support we wish we had when we were where you are now.

You're not just joining a program. You're helping shape something that will change lives — starting with your own.

TAP is for you if...

You’re exhausted emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

You’ve tried fixing things on your own,  but keep landing back in the same loops.

You want to stop abandoning yourself.

You crave a life you don’t need to escape.

TAP is not for you if...

You’ve stopped believing change is possible.

You’re not open to being seen, supported, or gently challenged.

You aren’t ready to give yourself the time and care you deserve.

If any part of you still hopes for more

— even quietly —

then this is your moment.

We can’t promise ease, but

we can promise

you won’t walk it alone.

Support, structure,
and a community that gets you

3 hours a week

All in, you’ll need about
