3 phases, 12 steps, 1 unforgettable journey
Phase 1: Think
Weeks 1-6, Steps 1-3
During this phase, we get clear on what we really want in life and commit to taking action on those goals.
We also learn about the brain and how our mind and body keep us trapped in predictable coping patterns.
Phase 2: Act
Weeks 7-18, Steps 4-9
Here, we take action, identifying inner roadblocks, shedding what no longer serves, and stepping into our power.
We evaluate our relationships and decide how we want ourselves and others showing up in our lives.
Phase 3: Persist
Weeks 19-24, Steps 10-12
Finally, we focus on integrating our insights by weaving new, sustainable patterns and perspectives into our lives.
As the course ends, we prepare to carry forward with a renewed understanding and vision for what we are becoming.

Hi, we are Roz and Meagan. Each of us has undergone our own transformational journeys. Together, we leverage a powerful blend of lived experiences, educational backgrounds, and professional expertise to help you evolve in less time and without all the suffering.
We created TAP because we wanted to help other women overcome challenges similar to those we faced in our lives.
We acknowledge that while personal experiences may differ, the emotions and the impacts that we carry with us are the same and require healing of all facets of our humanness. Therefore, our approach is incorporating body, mind, and soul-led tools that support you where you are and where you're going.
